My score was 10 of 24 I am not a stressed person. I am really layed back and I am just chill all the time. But when I do get stressed out about final exams or test in general, I just take breaks and relax and think about what i'm going to do next. I take the slow and right way instead of the fast and wrong.
I also take breaks when I'm stressed but usually my breaks don't end until last minute.
